The Global Health Summit will take place in Rome on Friday 21 May at Villa Pamphilj. The Summit is a special event of the G20 Presidency, organized by Italy in partnership with the European Commission and is co-chaired by the President of the Council of Minister Mario Draghi and the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.
The event, which will take place in videoconference, will be live-streamed on the channels of the Presidency of the Council. Records are entrusted to RAI.
At the end of the Summit, Prime Minister Draghi and President von der Leyen will hold a joint press conference.
Journalists wishing to attend the press conference in presence are required to register on the AMEI (Accreditation Media Institutional Events) portal at the following link: https://amei.palazzochigi.it. Accreditation is allowed by Wednesday May 19 at 5 pm (local time).
Those who are not able to finalize the accreditation through Amei system can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with editorial staff data, telephone number, email address.
In compliance with regulations in force against the coronavirus, access to the Villa Pamphilj is allowed to a limited number of journalists, according to the “first come first served” principle and following rotation criteria.
Journalists admitted to participate will be contacted for confirmation.
Before entering the site (entrance from via Aurelia, 111), they shall submit evidence of being tested negative to Covid-19 (rapid antigenic test) and wear an Ffp2 mask.
