The G20 India Secretariat is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of personal information of users. Throughout the G20 India presidency operations, the G20 Secretariat will safeguard the generation, collection, usage, storage, disposal, and disclosure of personal information in accordance with best practices and as required by applicable regulations.
The Personal Information of users collected through G20 India Secretariat Portal will be used for Registration and Accreditation for G20 India events. It require us to collect certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Nationality, Contact number, Email Id, Gender, DoB, Photograph, Passport, Id proofs etc. for generating accreditation letter to user. Data collected is solely for the usage by G20 Secretariat and will not be shared with any third party in the public or private sector.
In case, any additional Personal Information sought from user other than required information for Registration and Accreditation, User will be informed about the purpose and usage for which the information is being sought.
